Runs consecutively every 8-10 weeks
7-8pm Monday evenings. Also includes some Sunday mornings (weather & time of year dependant)
Maximum 7 pups per course
Suitable for pups aged between 8 & 24 weeks

How it works 3 steps:

Choose your class:
Select the puppy training class that suits your puppy's age and needs.
2.
Turn up:
Attend the classes and learn from our qualified puppy training specialist.
3.
Practice:
Continue practicing the skills learned in class to reinforce your puppy's training.
FAQ
What happens if I have to miss a class?
Each week we cover a different area of the program. If you have to miss a class, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. You will get access to what we have covered in the class in the online members area, but missed classes cannot be retaken at a later date.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
If you wish to cancel we will attempt to resell your space, if we are successful we will refund you your fee minus a £50 non-refundable booking fee. Refunds cannot be made once the course starts.
What if my puppy doesn't cope in a class?
If a class environment does not suit your dog or owner, we will discuss alternative arrangements to assist you. In some cases, you may be asked to book 1:1 sessions at an extra cost to address your dog's issues.
Can I take photos and videos?
During classes, we may take photos and videos for advertising purposes. Please let your trainer know if you do not wish to be included in the photos. If you wish to take photos, please ensure you do not include other course members without their permission.
Can I bring someone else with me to the classes?
Children attending must be accompanied by an adult and remain under control at all times. No more than two people per puppy are allowed to attend the class, including children.
